28 custom coffee icons and a full brand concept for Sweet Tooth, an Austin-based coffee startup
Problem:
A friend was launching a coffeehouse startup and needed a visual identity from the ground up — icons, branding, and packaging that felt original and handcrafted rather than generic.
Solution:
I designed a set of 28 outline-style coffee house icons covering everything from pour-overs and carafes to travel mugs and espresso cups. The icons became the foundation for a broader brand concept called Sweet Tooth — Coffee With A Bite — an Austin-made coffee brand with bold typography and a limited-edition collectible packaging model. Each bag in the Sweet Tooth line was numbered (e.g., #03 of 20) and featured a unique artist label on the seal, turning every bag into a small collectible object.
